You raised a glass with us during our Waypost Week Bottle Release(s) & Waypost Week Can Release: Estimated Eyes on 3/17 & 3/18. You celebrated with us at our all-day Waypost Week 2-Year Anniversary Party on Saturday, 3/24. Now recuperate with us on Sunday, 3/25!
We're making a full week of it so join us for the return of City Plus Coffee Porter, a recipe featuring locally sourced cold brew coffee. We'll be serving pours of this pick-me-up in an exclusive 20 oz. branded VBC coffee mugs!
The taproom will feature a spread of local baked goods from Emily's Donuts and Cafe and Prost Food Truck will be on-site serving Waypoint Seafood & Grill inspired brunch fare. Timeline Jazz will also be performing from 1-4 pm to help bring us back to reality.

Waypost Week Can Release: Estimated Eyes

On the heels of Fresh Powder, join us for our second 16 oz. can release of 2018 in celebration of VBC's 2-year anniversary. Getting the aluminum treatment for the first time ever, Estimated Eyes is a double dry-hopped Citra + Motueka Double India Pale Ale.
Estimated Eyes -- 8.2% ABV, 65 IBU
Small batch, unfiltered DDH Double India Pale Ale with a mild haze and a medium body. Bright and citrusy with a hint of tropical fruit. Mild bitterness up front with notes of grapefruit and mango. Crisp, clean finish.
Can sales will begin at Noon. At the same time, Estimated Eyes will be tapped along with a very limited draft variant and cask offering. Karnage Asada will be with us and the Julius Pittman Duo will be performing from 1-4 pm!

On the heels of our Waypost 2018 bottle releases (3/17) and Estimated Eyes can release (3/18)....and a full Waypost Week of anniversary celebrations...join us on Saturday, 3/24 for one HUGE day celebrating two years of brewing at 401 Second Street!
We'll be roping off the entire property - hosting 8 bands on two stages, 4 food trucks, family friendly outdoor games, cask ales, and tapping new recipes + bringing back old favorites throughout the day.

🎫 Included in a Standard ($12) ticket is entrance to the entire day's event, access to all games & activities and both stages, a commemorative glass to take home, and your first pour! Additional drink tickets will be available to purchase the day of.

How better to kick-off The Virginia Beer Company's 2-year anniversary weekend than with a swinging set by Good Shot Judy?! Just as we did last year, VBC is going to ring in a jam-packed weekend of beers & cheers with their friends from GSJ in a beer garden concert from 6-9 pm.
FoodaTude..Food with Attitude will be on-site and we'll have a spectacular lineup of small batch beers tapped to get everyone in the spirit for Saturday's epic Waypost Week 2-Year Anniversary Party and Sunday's Waypost Week Hangover Brunch!
